I thank Tim’s book interview guest Tracy DiNunzio, for the amazing insights in her 2-paged chapter in Tim’s books- Tools Of Titans (page 313).

The Law of attraction in our lives comes around every now and then. And it’s surprisingly the only answer to the most of human’s quest. One of those quests has been wonderfully put-forth by Tracy in Tim’s book. This blog post acts more of a TLDR (Too long didn’t read) guide to the same.

Tracy was born with Spina Bifida, a congenital birth defect, that occurs when the spine and spinal cord don’t form properly. As she had to go through multiple surgeries throughout her life, he fell for the art of painting. She soon discovered that being bitter about the situation wasn’t helping her in some way. In fact, she was just equivalent to a negativity radiator. With so much to figure out, Tracy soon realized the following and quotes heavily in Tim’s book- she says, “When you complain, nobody wants to help you”. All she now needed to start is a validation to prove herself right, but who knew what’s really in store for her. She discovers that almighty Stephen Hawking said it best:

If you spend your time focusing on the things that are wrong, and that’s what you express and project to people you know, you don’t become a source of growth for people, you become a source of destruction for people.

The only way to truly eliminate negativity is to stop talking about it or discussing it. It’s as simple. Once you control what comes out of your mouth, you easier and better have control over what comes to your mind. Tracy, and a million other people who have recovered from this realm of negativity in their lives have done so by controlling what they think. It’s not hard, it’s just, elimination. Tell yourself, everything’s fine, everything’s good- and it will be- mysteriously, magically, and undoubtedly.

Well, what really happened to Tracy after she controlled her negative discussions? Well, apart from being featured in Tim’s book, so much more than raising 75 Million USD for her venture Tradesy (which is an online goods trading platform and also a brilliant name as it rhymes so well with her name itself).

Bottom line, stop “discussing” negativity, and there’ll be no other option but for positivity, to take its place.
